The Rhodope Lake Pearl Development will consist of 20 apartments perched on a hilltop just 5 minutes walking distance from the resort centre and overlooking the lake. Featuring 1 and 2 bedrooms, open-plan living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. The building will feature a sauna and gym hall.
All apartments will be finished to exemplary standards and delivered to you with a fitted custom-made fireplace and heaters fitted and included in the price. We have noticed that finding a heating solution is often a problem for prospective apartment owners, and that is precisely why we are offering apartments featuring a fireplace plus heaters for each room.

Specifications:
Facade Walls: The facade walls are made of 25 cm thick ceramic bricks and insulated with 5 cm thick EPS heating insulation on top of which the plaster has been laid. T he inside division walls are made of ceramic bricks at 25 cm thickness. All floors are finished in laminate flooring.
Bathrooms are completely tiled and fitted. Granite-slates tiled balconies. Interior MDF doors and double-glazed UPVC windows made of German origin PVC profile - KBE at 24 cm thickness. All walls and ceilings are emulsion/latex painted to a matt finish. All power supplies, switches and sockets are fitted. Telephone, door-bell system and buzzer alarm on site. Water supply is made of PPR pipes with separate outlets for cold and hot water. The sewerage system is PVC piping with pipes diameter at 50 and 110 mm. Electric heaters in each room. All common areas are finished with hand-railings fitted on staircases and granite-slates tiling on steps and landings. The building construction is made of reinforced steel. The roof proper is a timber structure with proper insulation and roof-tiles on top. Individual parking spaces and barbeque , ground-floor wood-storage area for your fireplace logs
Payment Schedule
1000 Euros-standard deposit payment required to secure your apartment;
- 35 % of the purchase price – upon signing the Contract at the end of February 2007;
- 35 % of the purchase price – upon completion of the concrete slab toward your own apartment floor;
- 20 % of the purchase price – upon completion of the building at roof stage;
- 10% - upon notification of completion of Act 16 and receiving the Title Deeds in front of a notary public. Act No16 is a permit for using the construction and it is issued by the State Acceptance Commission.
The deposit is deducted from the purchase price.
